Who We’re Looking For


We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce We are looking to hire lead instructors for the following schedules: Evenings 5 pm-9 pm and Saturdays 8 am -5pm. Applicants must be available during the hours of this class schedule to be considered for this position.


Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Instructing students in all aspects of the Phlebotomy Technician scope of practice.
  • Evaluating, reporting, and recording student performance and progress.
  • Assisting students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health care profession.
  • Providing a professional role model for students


Qualifications:

  • Current Phlebotomy Technician Certification.
  •  3+ years of related job experience
  • 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient in all aspects of blood collection, including capillary, syringe, vacutainer, and butterfly methods.
  • Must be comfortable with speaking to large groups, multi-tasking, and critical thinking.
  • Efficient with computers and technology.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
