As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive success for clients while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:


  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting, permitting, and procurement processes.
  • Monitor project performance, financials, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and resolve any issues promptly.


Skills/Experience required for the Senior Project Manager:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on multifamily developments.
  • Proven track record of managing projects from $10M to $100M+.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
