Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and supervising behavior technicians. This is a hybrid role, with some work done on-site in Delray Beach and some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Experience in parent education and behavior management
  • Knowledge of psychology and developmental disorders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in the field of ABA
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
