The Senior Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of multiple projects, from discovery to delivery. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams, this role involves developing detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budget tracking, progress monitoring, change control management, risk resolution, testing, documentation, and training plan development.
Position Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and execute project plans to support a broader Digital Transformation program.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, establish deadlines, and assign responsibilities.
- Track project progress and compile status reports for senior management.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
- Remain flexible during project lifecycles, adapting to changing directions while maintaining core goals.
- Leverage extensive Project Management experience to quickly grasp project objectives and contribute to successful execution.
- Proactively manage risks and identify issues across functions and interdependent efforts.
- Effectively communicate program-level status to multiple stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
- Continuously manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- 7-10 years of Project Management experience.
- Familiarity with standard project management software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
