  • Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and compliance with company policies
  • Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling necessary paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Coordinate with external Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and agencies to facilitate HR-related activities
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents
  • Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in HR support or related administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
