In this fast-paced role, you will provide exceptional support to a supervising attorney and internal clients on a variety of legal matters related to employment and litigation. Some of those duties include responding to agency claims, drafting employment related documents, maintaining legal holds and managing discovery. This candidate will assist with legal research, drafting documents, managing deadlines, and keeping legal files organized. Strong communication, great attention to detail and good organization skills will be essential in this role.


Candidate must have:

  • A Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s degree
  • 4 years of employment law experience
  • Litigation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with a matter management software
  • Excellent writing skills
