About the job

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Serving Spirit Home Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage caregiver onboarding, compliance, and office support tasks. This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR and involves working closely with various teams to uphold the company's commitment to quality care and service.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Caregiver Onboarding and Compliance:

  • Assist the Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR, with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Contribute to shaping and executing caregiver recruitment strategies.
  • Help screen caregivers over the phone, and look over resumes.
  • Support caregiver compliance initiatives, including maintaining files, reminders, and obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Collect necessary signatures and documentation from caregivers.
  • Handle tasks such as sending pay stubs, running CBCs, and setting up caregivers in Payroll & Wellsky.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing 1094s, and W2s as needed.


2. General Office Team Support:

  • Answer phones and monitor incoming texts in Vonage. 
  • Assist in filling shifts as needed, and contribute to strategic staffing ideas.
  • Support the Client Care Manager (CCM) in managing gifts, and cards for clients.
  • Assist with office maintenance tasks.


3. Billing:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all client bills.
  • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner, maintaining a professional and courteous approach in all communications.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve billing-related issues promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the processing of long-term care insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0-3 yrs experience in Homecare, recruitment, HR or other relevant experience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in Google suite/Microsoft Office, comfort in learning ATS and client care management software systems.
  • Must have a high level of integrity and appropriately handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 830a - 430p
