Logistics Planning Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategies for the U.S. logistics market
  • Profit and Loss improvement through strategic planning and resource management
  • Manage Monthly performance data and profit and loss.
  • Forecast next year’s profit and loss targets by partnering with each division leaders to understand their operations, strategies, and difficulties.
  • Prepare and present Performance reports to regional HQ and Korea HQ.
  • Establish Yearly business plan and Progress management.
  • Derive business issues and prepare report.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Create various Ad-Hoc Reports at the request of upper management



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics planning.
  • Minimum of 4 years in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
