What would you do?

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand and analyze data, identify anomalies, and ensure data completeness. They will be responsible for creating queries to address complex business needs across intricate data models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Ensure data completeness and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
  • Develop and execute complex queries to extract and manipulate data to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data anomalies.
  • Proficiency in writing complex queries using SQL or other query languages.
  • Experience with data modeling and working across complex data structures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
