Skills / Qualifications:

• Must hold an Esthetician license from the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• 2+ years of Formal Esthetician Experience: You have a proven track record of providing exceptional facial services, backed by at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Passion for Organic Skincare: Your love for and experience with organic skincare, health, and wellness is evident in your approach.
• Sales-Driven Mindset: You are motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals, adept at making credible product recommendations to clients.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail ensures the highest level of service and organization in every aspect of your work.
• Effective Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, allowing you to connect authentically with clients and effectively with team members.
• Client Relationship Building: Building and maintaining genuine client relationships is a cornerstone of your professional approach.
• Continuous Self-Development: You have a growth mindset, actively seek feedback, and are enthusiastic about self-development within your role.
• Resourceful Problem-Solving: You have a strong ability to creatively solve problems and manage time efficiently.
• Flexible Schedule: You can adapt to a flexible work schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
• Professional Sales Experience: Having sales experience in retail or a related field is a strong asset.
• Start-up Environment Comfort: Thriving in a fast-paced, interruption-prone environment is second nature to you.

A Plus:

• Experience with organic or plant based skincare products.
• Formal classes in herbalism, nutrition, or wellness that further enhances your holistic approach.
• Prior involvement in the beauty or natural beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 38 hours of in-spa and shop work weekly, including treatments and administrative tasks.
• Provide top-tier facial services using our exclusive Botnia backbar and advanced facial equipment.
• Meet and exceed daily service and retai sales goals.
• Meet and exceed personal monthly KPI’s including prebook rate, % booked, and revenue per client.
• Ensure treatment rooms and backbar are sanitized and maintained per regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver informed product recommendations based on individual client needs, skin types, and health goals.
• Educate clients confidently on clean skincare, beauty, and holistic health.
• Manage laundry while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Optimize schedule for maximum bookings and efficiency.
• Foster client loyalty through relationship management, follow-ups, and results-oriented treatments.
• Participate in brand events, pop-ups, and educational workshops as required.
• Exemplify the brand aesthetic across all customer interactions, both in-store and on social media.
