Job Title: Warranty Admin

Location: On Site

Requirements - What Matters Most:

  • Associates Degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; suitable combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Experience with analyzing, prioritizing, identifying, and executing solutions.
  • High level of business acumen and able to anticipate future trends and identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Progressive use of time management to set and organize against priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts; ability to work with a variety of personalities and levels of technical proficiency; peer relationships.
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all sales orders, billing and warranty information.
  • Process Warranty requests.
  • Partner with manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain all full-service files including titling, scanning, rebate submittal, activation, insurance tracking and administrative items.
  • Manage workload and proactively communicate with management when there are unexpected challenges, problems, or roadblocks.
  • Assist in special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Track orders and work with corporate admin, branch management.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Meeting coordination, prepare agendas, schedule catering.
  • Process expense reports through Concur Solutions.
  • Prepares reports and conduct research on current trends.
