Contract: 7+ months

Remote: local to New England

*Must be willing to go onsite to Boston 2-3 days per month

*Must live locally in New England


Must Haves:

  • 3+ years’ experience in business administration or human resources or a closely related field with
  • Knowledge of benefits plan design, automation, administration, and compliance for HRIS and health and welfare programs
  • 3+ years ADP Workforce Now experience
  • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19, comfortable receiving this year's Flu Shot, and presenting immunization records to complete organization's vaccination requirements for onboarding


Preferred:

  • Healthcare experience


Job Description: a specialized healthcare system is looking for a Benefits & HRIS Analyst to join the HR team for a contract project. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Benefits:

  • Supports Physician’s Organization (PO) Benefits & HRIS Team in administration of employee benefit programs and daily operational activities.
  • Assist with benefit issues upon request and escalate when needed.
  • Assist in specific projects in the areas of benefit plan or system replacements, enhancements, or additions.

HRIS:

  • Assists PO Benefits & HRIS Team in the maintenance of the Human Resources master file information on employee records, using the automated HRMS systems covering personal, position, pay, benefits, status, and activity data.
  • Assist with daily HRIS administration and customers’ request seeking assistance with HR applications, data questions, and related problems.
  • Assists PO HR Team coordinating communication with external vendors, Foundations, Payroll, and Information Systems as needed.
