Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HIPAA Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The HIPAA Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice on HIPAA compliance, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and handling labor and employment law matters.

Qualifications
  • Legal Advice and Law skills
  • Labor and Employment Law knowledge
  • Research and Negotiation abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Experience in healthcare law and HIPAA compliance is a plus
