The Change Control Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that all proposed changes are thoroughly reviewed, assessed, and implemented smoothly. In addition to managing requests from auditors and regulators, running cross functional governance groups, producing reports delivered to key stakeholders across the ETO and Eng division. Incident/Change Governance and Control (ICGC) provides governance and oversight of incident and change management processes, procedures, and tooling at the firm.


Must-Haves:

· 5yrs of experience within Change Management (Incident or Problem Management is acceptable).

· Proven experience coordinating and running Change Advisory Board Meeting (CAB).

· Clear understanding of Change Management Governance and Oversight responsibilities.

· Can analyze change requests and determine business impacts.

· Utilized risk management principles to develop mitigation strategies.

· Is willing to train and support their team in change processes.

· Experience leading teams, staying organized and the ability to clearly communicate their objective needs/details with their team.


Plusses:

· Well versed in ITIL or Project management methodologies and tools

· Experience working in muti-time zone environments

· Experience in the Financial Services industry and technology verticals.

· Data science or data modeling experience


Certifications/Education:

· Change Management Certifications (Prosci, CCMP, Ect.)
