Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Paralegal. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will perform a variety of day-to-day tasks such as legal document preparation, managing the firm's calendar, communication with clients, conducting research, document review, and maintaining case files. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will also assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, filings, and court appearances.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of law and legal procedures in Texas
  • Experience in legal document preparation and document review
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze information
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Experience in one or more of these areas is a plus: Personal Injury Litigation, Commercial Business and Commercial Litigation, Probate/Estate Litigation, or Oil and Gas/ 18- Wheeler Litigation
