  • Assists the General Manager
  • Builds and manages relationships with customers
  • Supervise key departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and meetings and events
  • Train staff and manage schedules
  • Respond to guest and website inquiries
  • Assist Food & Beverage Department
  • Go to person for guest complaints and emergencies
  • Hotel inspections
  • Maintain bank and billing records
  • Cover for General Manager in their absence
