Role Overview:
As an Associate Branch Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing branch operations, retaining clients, generating sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will assist in managing the branch team to drive performance and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Support efforts to maximize retention of current accounts through excellent customer service.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client services and drive additional sales.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, including Crew Supervisors and Forepersons, ensuring efficient and effective field operations.
- Address and resolve customer issues with creative problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and manage branch performance metrics to meet business goals.

Qualifications:
- Passion for the landscape and horticulture industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in landscape maintenance or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
