Role Details:

  • Type: Full Time


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic events calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to understand event requirements and objectives.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setups.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines and production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Oversee onsite event coordination, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event.
  • Create and distribute event-related communications, including decks, invitations, confirmations, and post-event feedback surveys.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure events align with overall brand messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Track and manage event budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze feedback and data from events to assess their success and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a marketing or influencer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas for event experiences.
  • Experience in coordinating virtual events is a plus.
