Position Details:

The Provider Relations Specialist at MedElite is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, and medical groups. This role involves strategic collaboration to ensure effective communication, address concerns, and promote partnerships that align with MedElite's mission and values.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clinical providers, physicians, and medical groups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical provider inquiries, concerns, and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and manage provider contracts, addressing any issues and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide information and education to healthcare providers about MedElite's services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure providers are informed about new services or updates.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by clinical providers promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions that meet both provider and organizational needs.
  • Monitor provider performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Work with providers to address any performance-related issues and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination with healthcare providers.
  • Act as a liaison between providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential new providers and assess market trends.
  • Recommend strategies to expand and strengthen MedElite's provider network.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Proven experience in clinical provider relations, network development, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement policies.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.

Salary Range: $65k -$90k DOE
