Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Riverton, NJ. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. You will create an engaging and supportive learning environment for children and work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in lesson planning, education, and teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and promoting their development
• Knowledge of early childhood education practices and principles
• Positive and nurturing attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• CPR certification
