The Merchandise Allocator will be responsible for managing the allocation and distribution of merchandise to 150 Effy boutiques. This role ensures the right products are in the right locations at the right time to maximize sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include analyzing store sales, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing allocation strategies to optimize product availability. The Merchandise Allocator will work closely with the merchandising and planning teams to drive efficiencies in stock replenishment and meet the demands of each boutique.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools. Experience with retail planning and allocation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
