Role Overview:


As a Data Analyst on the Safety Engineering team, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform our safety operations. Your insights will not only influence safety procedures but also fuel creative solutions to maintain a balance between safety and free speech.


Key Responsibilities:


Metric Development: Create and refine metrics that provide deep insights into the effectiveness of safety operations.

Data Management: Build and sustain comprehensive datasets, dashboards, and reporting services, ensuring they serve as the definitive source for performance data.

Behavioural Analysis: Develop analytical tools to understand user behaviour, identifying areas for improvement and innovation in moderation practices.

A/B Testing and Analysis: Provide analytical support for A/B testing to facilitate data-driven decision-making and process enhancements.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and operations managers to provide robust data and analytical support for product development.

Qualifications:


Demonstrated mastery of SQL and data processing tools such as Spark.

More than 3 years of industry experience with large-scale datasets and business metrics analytics, with positions available at DA II and above.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, iterating on requirements to fulfill customer data requirements.

Proficiency with dashboarding tools like Tableau and capabilities in workflow automation.
