Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Hybrid (Remote and Office-based), with occasional domestic and international travel

Position Summary: As a Salesforce Architect, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and administrators to gather requirements, identify business needs, and translate them into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of our Salesforce capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce CRM, including support requests, escalated administrative needs, and system issues, ensuring prompt and complete resolution.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange apps to enhance the Salesforce platform and meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify business needs, and architect solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
- Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement (Pardot), CPQ, and Lightning Platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, including code reviews, feedback, and adherence to coding standards.
- Configure new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, roles/profiles, custom objects, workflows, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, making recommendations for implementation as appropriate.
- Collaborate with system administrators to ensure proper configuration, security, and performance optimization of the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce best practices and effective use of platform capabilities.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices, development techniques, and effective use of Salesforce functionalities.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce for 200+ users.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects and training Salesforce admins.
- 2+ years of experience managing and implementing Salesforce CPQ.
- 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience with Conga CPQ and Conga Composer.
- Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect, preferably as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities such as Flows, Account Engagement, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Platform, etc.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and security considerations.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc.) and experience providing technical leadership in an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and transform them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competence in Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.
Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements:
- Hybrid position with two days remote and three days in the office, with the possibility of on-site work at any time.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support the marketing department (10-15% travel required).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
