Job Description:


We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Customer Engineer / Account Architect to play a pivotal role in our customer partnership team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, account managers, and delivery teams to uncover customer requirements, understand business challenges, and translate them into innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive technical expertise and a passion for solving complex business problems.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage early in the sales cycle to uncover customer requirements and provide a conceptual point of view using a wide range of technology blocks.
  2. Conduct in-depth discussions with relevant stakeholders at an architecture level, addressing technical concerns and proposing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with account managers and selling organizations to understand the business landscape of BFSI accounts and identify opportunities for technological intervention.
  4. Translate business problems into potential technology solutions, acting as a bridge between business objectives and technical capabilities.
  5. Lead the orchestration of delivery processes for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  6. Drive best practices in solution design, implementation, and delivery, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  7. Partner with account management teams to explore new business divisions, identify technology-driven opportunities, and win new business for the company.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings.
  9. Serve as a mentor and thought leader within the organization, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster continuous learning and improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • years of experience in a senior customer engineering or solutions architecture role, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology stacks and platforms relevant to BFSI, such as banking software, financial analytics, risk management systems, etc.
  • Proven track record of driving successful technology solutions for complex business problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think holistically about business challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
