The Role:


We are looking for a Mid Level High-End Residential Interior Designer, with a passion for traditional, fresh, and timeless design.


If you love the allure of classic design, including antiques and vintage, mixed with contemporary and custom, we want to talk to you.


You must have proven skills in designing and managing high-end residential projects from concept to installation. You will participate in all phases of your projects from beginning to end, including design development, client meetings, site visits, fabrication visits, as well as overseeing installations. You will be running small to mid-size projects while playing a critical role in larger projects.


Qualifications and Responsibilities:


  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of professional design experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of residential interior textiles, finishes, and materials.
  • Informed eye for sourcing and imagining new ideas.
  • Familiarity with antiques.
  • Client Facing.
  • Collaborate with vendors.
  • Produce furniture plans with the ability to review and adjust architectural plans.
  • Attend site visits. Out-of-state travel is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Exceptionally organized and collaborative.
  • Upbeat and positive.
  • Self Starter and team player.
  • Flexible and enjoys traveling for projects as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.


Goals:


This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Senior Designer.
