Mademoiselle Colette, a high-flying bakery known for its exquisite products and exceptional customer experiences, is seeking a visionary COO to join our executive team.


The Opportunity:


This is your chance to become the right hand to our CEO and catapult Mademoiselle Colette to even greater heights. As COO, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead high-performing teams, and spearhead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations:Leadership & Management: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments (Stores, Online, Catering, Wholesale). Build and lead a positive work environment by hiring, training, and coaching key personnel. Collaborate with the CEO to translate strategic plans into actionable steps.

Business Operations: Drive revenue growth through product roadmap development, sales channel optimization, and new business line/channel implementation. Oversee budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities: Play a key role in risk management, compliance, and overseeing large-scale projects.


The Ideal Candidate:

Seasoned Bakery Leadership (5+ years): Deep understanding of the high-end bakery industry, ideally managing multiple locations or a large-scale operation.

Proven Track Record of Growth: Demonstrated ability to guide businesses towards significant growth (e.g., doubling or tripling revenue).

Financial Acumen & Results Orientation: Minimum 3 years of P&L management experience and a keen understanding of financial concepts.

Operational Excellence (5+ years): Expertise in building and optimizing high-performing bakery operations.

Leadership & Team Building (5+ years): Strong communication skills, a passion for inspiring and motivating teams.

Customer Focus (3+ years): Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and building brand loyalty.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required): Foundational skills for success in this demanding role.

College Degree (Preferred): Business, Food Science, or related field to provide additional knowledge and expertise.
