Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children across various age groups and possess a passion for pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess pediatric patients to evaluate their physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans addressing each child's specific goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions in a clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for consistent care.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
  • Manage time effectively to meet evaluation (5 business days) and SOAP note (24 hours) deadlines.
  • Instruct patients and families on physical therapy procedures and related programs.
  • Conduct patient care conferences to review and adjust treatment progress.
  • Utilize session gaps for documentation or preparation for subsequent sessions.
  • Engage in staff development activities and ongoing training.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area, maintaining sanitized materials.

Requirements:

  • FL Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-18 years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor.
  • Possess reliable transportation for commuting to the clinic.
