Presentation Specialist

Work you will do:

You will join the AI Strategy Division for Oncology as a Presentation Specialist, where you will be tasked with crafting high-impact presentations that communicate complex scientific and AI-related content effectively. While deep domain expertise is not required, your ability to translate provided content into clear, engaging, and visually appealing formats will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop presentation decks that effectively communicate scientific and AI concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the AI strategy and oncology teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of scientific content with visual presentations.
• Utilize advanced presentation software and tools to create impactful visual aids.
• Manage the full lifecycle of presentation creation, from conceptualization through to final delivery, ensuring all timelines are met.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual representation of information.

Role Summary:

As a Presentation Specialist, you will play a key role in the AI Strategy Division by transforming complex scientific data and AI strategies into accessible and influential presentation materials. Your expertise in presentation design will support the division's goals of effectively communicating breakthroughs and strategies in oncology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, Adobe Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience in designing presentations in a corporate or scientific setting is preferred.
• Ability to interpret and visualize complex scientific information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
