This role is responsible for performing moderate to complex systems analysis, integration development, and reporting to ensure optimal departmental effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle technical expertise and experience working in complex enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct moderate to complex system and data analysis to support business and IT initiativesDesign, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBISupport application development and troubleshooting using tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, Postman, and Soap UIWork with SQL and SSIS packages to support data integration and reporting needsMonitor system performance, analyze trends, and present historical data to stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, SCM, and IT leadershipEnsure compliance with Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and MSA requirementsParticipate in on-call support as requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsMust Have:Strong hands-on experience with Eclipse, JDeveloper, Postman, and Soap UIExpertise in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBIProficient in SQL and SSIS packagesProven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developmentNice to Have:Functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (FIN), HCM, and SCMExperience supporting ERP systems in a healthcare environment
