Hybrid: 3 days a week in McLean, VA
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and answer questions related to recently implemented Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Administer various HR system modules in Oracle Cloud HCM, including recruiting, performance, talent management, and global HR.
- Support the development of HR system data requirements based on business needs, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
- Provide support for cyclical and ad hoc audits.
- Manage system integrations and maintain vendor relationships.
- Develop and review exception reports to monitor data issues and ensure data quality.
- Plan and execute testing for quarterly system updates.
- Adapt to changes in the HR system environment.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, report enhancement, and process streamlining.
- Develop documentation for end-users and assist with their training.
- Communicate effectively to translate data insights into actions that improve business outcomes.
- Stay updated on trends in HRIS and analytics, continuously enhancing HR knowledge and HRIS application expertise.
Must Haves:
- Candidates should be subject matter experts in Oracle Cloud.
- Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 5-7 years of experience. However, they are open to candidates with:
- At least 3 years of solid experience, with the most recent experience in Oracle Cloud.
- Candidates with a mix of Oracle Cloud and other systems (like Workday or PeopleSoft) are acceptable if the most recent experience is in Oracle Cloud and all relevant HRIS experience totals at least 3 years.
- Recency of Experience: Candidates must have Oracle Cloud experience post-2021.
- Specific Skills: Experience with Oracle’s quarterly updates is highly desirable. Look for keywords like "quarterly" or "release" on resumes. Additionally, experience with developing modules such as security or recruiting is ideal, as these are frequently updated.
