Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Solutions Architect
We are working with a major end-client located in Texas seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex solutions built on the Dynamics 365 platform and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design of technical solutions based on Dynamics 365, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions to the Dynamics 365 platform using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and custom connectors.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides.
- Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentoring to junior developers and team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge of Dynamics 365.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP).
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects in a client-facing role.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and development using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and techniques, including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and message queues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent are highly desirable.
