We are a rapidly growing painting company seeking a motivated Sales/Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with project management skills to drive our business forward.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial consultation to final completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for potential clients.
  • Coordinate with a team of skilled painters to schedule projects efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the project, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with experience in the painting industry a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license.
