Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDL A Truck Driver at Empire Logistix Inc. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer and transporting goods from one location to another. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles, following traffic laws and safety regulations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Valid CDL A license
  • Safe driving record
  • Must be atleast 25
  • 2+ years driving experience
  • Experience operating a tractor-trailer
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to schedules
  • Physical stamina and strength to load and unload goods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications or training in transportation or logistics is a plus
