Location: Hybrid (60% Remote / 40% On-site at an exclusive retreat center in Sisters, Oregon)

Position Summary: We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist & Paid Ads Manager to enhance our marketing efforts and maximize the utility of HubSpot. This role is pivotal in strategizing, executing, and optimizing our marketing automation and paid advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and head of marketing to drive growth and engagement among our target audience. The expectation would be to work in person at the company’s retreat center in Sisters, OR 2 times per week and work remotely for the other work days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies within HubSpot to nurture leads, enhance customer journeys, and increase conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and budget. Platforms include Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads. 
• Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate all digital marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Stay updated with HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with the owner and head of marketing to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Work with the team onsite at the retreat center in Sisters, Oregon, to integrate digital marketing strategies with in-person experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in HubSpot, with certification(s) in HubSpot marketing.
• Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growth hacking and driving business success through innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience with A/B testing, list management, segmentation, personalization, growth/acquisition, re-engagement/win-back campaigns, campaign, and customer journeys.
• A relentless drive for personal and professional growth.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to and work from the retreat center in Sisters, Oregon, at least twice per week. Most of the team drives from Bend, Oregon. You will be responsible for travel.
