Job Description

My Financing USA, a leading provider of RV and boat financing, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Dealer Relationship Manager. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with RV and boat dealership owners to promote and sign them up for My Financing USA's dealer program. The position requires frequent travel, attendance at conventions, and on-site visits to dealerships to foster partnerships and drive business growth.



Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership key decision-makers.
  • Travel to visit dealerships, attend conventions, and host dealership events.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of My Financing USA.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer onboarding and integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on dealer activities, progress, and market insights.



Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the RV or boat financing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and attend industry conventions and events.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.



Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event setup and promotional materials.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of standing and walking during dealership visits and conventions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
