Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation defense at Solimene & Secondo, LLP. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The role offers flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Legal, Labor and Employment Law, and Legal Advice skills
• Research and Negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Connecticut
• Experience in workers' compensation defense is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
