We are seeking a Legal Operations Manager to support a global corporate legal department. This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about corporate legal work, governance, and operational excellence.What You’ll DoAs a key member of a small but dynamic legal team, you will:🔹 Support corporate governance activities, filings, document management, and entity record maintenance 🔹 Assist with trademark filings, renewals, and brand protection initiatives 🔹 Coordinate with business leaders across the globe to gather information and support decision-making 🔹 Organize legal files, maintain compliance documentation, and manage legal workflows 🔹 Support legal technology tools and help enhance operational efficiency 🔹 Conduct research, prepare summaries, and contribute to department projects 🔹 Communicate professionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholdersWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who is:✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail ✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (SharePoint experience a plus) ✔ Personable, collaborative, and strong in communication ✔ Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a corporate legal environment ✔ Interested in trademarks, corporate governance, or legal operationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required (paralegal certificate or legal experience is a plus but not required).
