Our team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing company We are the 2nd largest independent providers of claims management to the risk management and insurance industry as well as self-insured entities. This is a highly visible role within global organization - will have exposure to CFO/ CEO Extremely stable organization / recession proof industry.



Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in FP&A
  • Previous experience in multinational companies is a plus.
  • Strong Strategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience a must.
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Must have extremely strong communication skills and ability to interact with the business
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Demonstrated success in multiple, difficult, and complex financial analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, interpret meaning and communicate clearly to senior management in a clear concise manner. Able to listen closely to identify important facts, assumptions, and relevant information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access with demonstrated ability to aggregate, manipulate, interpret large data sets.
  • Must be self-driven and very motivate - they do not want to micro manage this person
  • Strong teamwork ethic, positive proactive flexible attitude, ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
