A Houston-based Private Equity Firm, Leggett Ventures provides access to opportunistic investments in Real Estate, Energy and other alternative asset classes. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our marketing efforts.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator at Leggett Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing efforts for our portfolio companies. This position requires a visionary go getter with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the leadership teams of each portfolio company, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives while leveraging your expertise to enhance brand visibility and marketing initiatives.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Strategic Planning: Coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each portfolio company, aligning them with overall business goals and objectives. Companies include:
- Leggett Ventures, Private Equity Firm
- Cannon Field, Oil & Gas Royalties
- NewFound Partners, Commercial Real Estate Firm
- On Point Custom Homes, Luxury Custom Home Builder
Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging for each portfolio company, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels.
- Website Management including blog writing, SEO and general site content creation
- Social Media Content Creation for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Press Release creation and basic media relations efforts
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Manage all physical and digital marketing collateral including investment decks, printed brochures, emails, signage, branded swag, business cards, client gifts, etc.
- Manage all third-party marketing vendors including photographers, videographers, graphic designers.
Campaign Execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns that encompass online marketing efforts, content creation and partnerships.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles; Experience working with multiple brands or portfolio companies is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Basic graphic design and social media content creation expertise
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Tech Savvy, Process improver, idea maker, problem solver, innovative, with a good personality
- Capable of jumping between tasks and managing team members' workloads, ensuring all items are finished effectively and efficiently
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for dedication to learning and growth is highly expected
