Role Overview

Sniffies is seeking a motivated Product Manager based in the greater Seattle region with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the core user experience, driving feature development, and ensuring that our products meet the unique needs of Sniffies cruisers


Job Responsibilities

  • Execution & Delivery: Define product requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Product Launches: Plan, coordinate, and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing, ensuring that product messaging aligns with the Sniffies brand.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, research, and business goals.
  • User Focus: A deep understanding of the Sniffies user-base and product and the ability to analyze additional feedback to deeply understand user pain points and advocate for solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to measure product success, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and innovation.


Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of product life-cycle, from ideation to go-to-market execution.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, marketers).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
  • User-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for the GBTQ+ community and needs.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in consumer technology applications.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
