A global hospitality brand is seeking a Web Content Manager to join their growing organization in Miami, FL. Experience managing a team before within a high- performing, high volume environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of content marketing campaigns aimed at driving organic traffic, bookings, and leads on the website, while continuously refining strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee a team responsible for maintaining strategically guided content across various sections of the website, including product, destination, itinerary, and blog, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics and Digital Experience, to enhance analytical dashboards and metrics, enabling better insights into campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Photoshop to create composite images and collaborate with graphic designers to obtain necessary assets and codes for web pages, while providing guidance on image selection and SEO optimization.
  • Analyze web metrics associated with content and product campaigns, adjusting tactics as needed based on performance data, and incorporate SEO-rich content throughout the site to improve search engine visibility.
  • Maintain a consistent creative identity for websites, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency in content delivery, while proactively seeking internal feedback and fostering ongoing content support and updates.

Experience:

  • Over 6 years of experience in eCommerce and Web Marketing, preferably within the online travel industry, demonstrating proficiency in online promotional content, eCommerce marketing, and website design.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, along with a basic understanding of SEO best practices, content management systems, eCommerce analytical tools, and web design principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
