Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • You will be setting goals and expectations for all aspects with the client
  • You will be working from home, with travel to customer sites in a 40-mile radius of Elgin, IL.


Required Skills

  • You will have experience working at a Managed Service Provider.
  • You will have a background with Systems Engineering and/or Cloud Environments.
  • You will be comfortable liaising with diverse customer base.
