  • Ideal candidate has LTSS or Medicaid provider operations experience as a business analyst or project manager who is process-oriented, thorough, and detail-minded.
  • Highly analytical mind with organization skills who asks questions and works through processes with rigor.
  • Knowledgeable of MS suite or tools to help in organization and efficiency (Outlook, OneNote, excel, etc)


Team structure: 

  • MALTSS workstreams: Program Integrity, Provider Network, Clinical and Prior Authorization, Reporting and Analytics, Tech Team.
  • The PMO staff work across workstream to execute a multitude of operations projects under the direction from PMO lead staff.


Top 3 Skills:

  • Great analytic skills
  • Great communicator, concise, asks question to ensure understanding MS Outlook, excel, word, ppt, Visio


Responsibilities:

  • 5 years' experience as business analyst/project manager Project tracking and status reports, including actions required and workflows involved.
