Senior Epicor Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an Epicor Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of our Epicor ERP system. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Epicor framework. This role requires a deep understanding of Epicor modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Epicor ERP system enhancements and customizations.
  • Configure and customize Epicor modules to align with business processes and requirements.
  • Lead end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Epicor system functionalities.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest Epicor releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with IT teams and external vendors to implement integrations and upgrades as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Epicor Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of Epicor ERP system functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor configuration, customization, and implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and data analysis tools for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Epicor certification(s) preferred.
