About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced developer who excels at building strong client relationships while delivering custom enterprise applications. You'll work directly with clients to understand their business needs and build tailored solutions using Python and modern web technologies. This role emphasizes client consultation, manufacturing systems, and warehouse/inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders at all levelsDesign and develop custom ERP applications focused on manufacturing and warehouse operationsBuild MRP systems including production planning, work orders, bill of materials, and inventory managementCreate warehouse management solutions with barcode scanning, lot tracking, and fulfillment workflowsDevelop accounting and financial reporting modulesIntegrate e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) with backend systemsMaintain strong client relationships throughout implementation and beyondTranslate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable codeProvide training and ongoing support to client teamsRequired QualificationsLocation & ExperienceMust be US-based (Utah strongly preferred)Strong client-facing experience - must be comfortable leading meetings and managing relationshipsAuthorized to work in the US without sponsorshipTechnical SkillsExpert Python proficiency - this is your primary languageExperience building MRP or manufacturing systemsWarehouse/inventory management system experienceUnderstanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databasesExperience with REST APIs and system integrationsGit version controlIndustry Experience (need at least 2)Manufacturing operations and MRP workflowsWarehouse/inventory management and fulfillmentE-commerce platforms (especially Shopify)Accounting/financial systemsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProven ability to gather requirements and translate to technical specsClient relationship management experienceProfessional demeanor with business stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsJavaScript/React experience (nice to have, not required)Odoo ERP experienceExperience with Shopify APIManufacturing industry knowledgePrevious consulting experienceTo ApplyEmail your résumé as a PDF to jobs@brapps.dev and include:Client-facing experience and relationship managementManufacturing/warehouse system projects you've builtPython development workAny relevant code samples or portfolio
