Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound Tasks: Safely and accurately perform tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing products.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products are shipped correctly to exceed customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
  • Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
  • Performance Standards: Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds. Comfort working on your feet with exposure to varying conditions including heat, cold, noise, and dust.
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service roles in fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety; ability to receive feedback and work well within a team environment.
