M&A Analyst


A $500M, PE owned, distribution company is seeking an M&A Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transaction advisory experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze prospect origination activity using Salesforce software.
  • Process incoming raw financial and other company information into summary profiles for the VP of Business Development
  • Assist in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, reviewing and analyzing company information.
  • Conduct detailed research on prospective companies across the Company’s core and adjacent markets.
  • Review and ensure quality and accuracy of the operating and financial performance analysis in M&A presentations


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience including transaction advisory
