**Senior Construction Project Manager**


As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be a key driver of success in construction projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. Your role involves strategic decision-making, effective leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure project completion within budget and schedule constraints.


**Responsibilities:**



**Project Leadership:**


  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the project team, encouraging open communication and problem-solving.


**Estimation and Budgeting:**


  • Utilize your expertise to provide accurate project cost estimates, considering all relevant factors and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
  • Monitor project expenses closely, implementing strategies to optimize costs and ensure profitability.


**Contract Management:**


  • Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other third-party vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.
  • Review and evaluate contract documents, identifying any discrepancies or areas of concern and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, resolving disputes and facilitating timely resolution of issues.


**Client Relationship Management:**


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback on performance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or project expansions, driving business growth and client satisfaction.


**Risk Management and Compliance:**


  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project execution, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment.
  • Conduct regular project inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality and safety requirements.


**Requirements:**


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality/restaurant and/or Design/Build commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
