Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our team The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a strategic partner to the leadership team as we continue scaling our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
• Attract, select, and onboard top talent across the organization
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and enhance sourcing strategies
• Coach managers on talent management best practices
• Ensure legal compliance for all recruiting activities
• Analyze workforce metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Own the ATS systems, maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience as a hands-on recruiter, generalist
• Knowledge of HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, and talent management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to align HR initiatives to business goals
• Outstanding organization, multitasking, and project management abilities
• Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining top talent
• BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
