You will play a key role in facilitating self-assessments, conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and tracking the frequency of releases to drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop actionable plans for improvement.
  • Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to measure team satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
  • Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote and reinforce Agile best practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies across the organization.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to enhance their Agile skills.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Agile practices are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards strategic goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
  • Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to lead training sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in coaching Agile teams.
  • Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
